Our checkout pages utilize a live interface with FedEx, USPS and UPS servers to generate accurate, economical shipping rates. The actual shipping cost will depend on your total order weight, delivery location (zip code/country), and shipping method.

When will my order ship?
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

How can I change my shipping method?
Please contact Customer Service through info@europokerchips.com. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to change your shipping method.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we use USPS International for shipments to destinations around the world. However, we do not ship to select countries.

May I Return My Chips?
You may return your chips within 14 days from the date you receive them, however you must pay the return shipping and will be credited your purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Your original shipping cost will not be returned.
